Customer Question

can bearded dragons eat stink bugs?

Optional Information:
Age: 3; Male; Breed: Bearded dragon

Already Tried:
I get stink bugs in the house periodically, and I just want to know if a bearded dragon will be ok if one finds its way into their tank. I read that lightning bugs and boxelder beatles are poisonous.

Hello,

I never suggest that you give a Bearded Dragon any foods except those insects that are raised as feeders. I suggest Roaches that are raised, crickets, silk worms, Super worms, Goliath Worms, Wax worms or even Phoenix worms as feeders for your dragon. You should also be feeding a good strone greens diet of collards, mustards, escarole, chicory, butternut squash, cactus pads and some hibicus flowers. Joan
