Hi my dog has acid reflux 140 lb great dane how much pepcid or zantac
JA: Is the dog in any pain? Is it behaving differently?
Customer: Just chewing constantly without any food in his mouth
JA: Poor your dog. Could be dental problems. The veterinarian will know what to do.
Customer: it just started 12 hours ago I think he had some mexican food that was in the trash...
JA: Have there been any changes in the dog's appearance or diet?

If your dog got into the trash, then the discomfort might be related to the garbage ingestion. you can read more on this here:

You might start the use of a probiotic to help with gastrointestinal problems including acid reflux. You can use yogurt or fortiflora (a common probiotic) available at many pet stores. Feeding smaller meals more often can help with acid reflux as well.
