In the D-V view (it's mismarked as a V-D view) there's quite a bit of consolidation in the right diaphragmatic lung lobe consistent with neoplasia (cancer). In the lateral view numerous areas on the caudal (toward the tail) ribs appear to have osteoplastic (excess bone formation) lesions suggestive of metastasis of cancer to bone. Sadi's liver is enormous which is consistent with Cushing's but may also indicate infiltration of that organ with cancer. Splenomegaly (enlarged spleen) is also present.
