My normally happy tail wagging 2 year old chihuahua terrier

Customer Question

My normally happy tail wagging 2 year old chihuahua terrier mix seems lethargic and sad. He is drinking eating and pooping normal today. He did have diareah on sat but yesterday seemed a bit better and now today his poop seemed normal but he has no interest in toys or playing and just wants to lay and rest.
JA: I'm sorry to hear that. Could be a lot of things that cause lethargy. The Veterinarian will know how to help the terrier. What is the terrier's name?
Customer: Willly
JA: Is there anything else the Veterinarian should be aware of about Willly?
Customer: He just seems very sad? I pushed around on his tummy and he didn't wimped or anything. His usually perked up tail is down and he seems very nervous and timid

Hi this is Dr. Hill. Is there anything that Willy could have gotten into?

Expert:  Kelly Hill replied 8 months ago.

With the bout of diarrhea only a couple of days ago, I wonder if he ingested something that didn't agree with him and you are seeing some residual discomfort. Did he eat normally this morning?

Customer: replied 8 months ago.
As far as I know he did not get into anythung

Hello, my name is***** and I'd like to help. A few questions to better assess the situation.

1. Did Willy eat normally today? Any vomiting or diarrhea noted today?

2. If you lift his lips, are his gums pink?

3. How old is Willy?
