Hello, I am sorry to hear your dog ate your medicine! My name is Rebecca. I am a veterinarian and will do my best to help. Dogs only absorb 1/10th of thyroid medication, and are not as sensitive to it as we are. If a 20 pound dog got 3750 mcg (6 x 625), that would be 416 mcg or .416 mg per kilogram of body weight (we measure doses and overdoses in mg per kg). The toxic dose is 1 mg (1000 mcg) per kg, so he is at less than half that. This should not be a problem. Let me know if this is helpful, and how he is doing.
