If you're seeing white rice-like objects those are segments of the flea tapeworm Dipylidium. You can purchase an over the counter wormer* containing praziquantel. One dose rids her of tapeworms. You'll need to make sure that she doesn't ingest another flea that contains a larval tapeworm, however. That's how dogs usually contract tapeworms. The place that did her shots had me mail her poop in , what's that testing for?
Expert:  Dr. Michael Salkin replied 1 year ago.

Mail poop? Ewwww... A microscopic fecal ova and parasite exam is going to be performed. It mainly looks for coccidia, roundworms, hookworms, whipworms, and the protozoan Giardia. Tapeworms can occasionally be seen in that test but most often is diagnosed by direct visualization of the segments.

What will or could happen to her ?
Expert:  Dr. Michael Salkin replied 1 year ago.

If any of those parasites are found in the test, the appropriate medication will be prescribed for you to administer. Gastrointestinal parasites are very common at her age. 50% of pups will be found to harbor roundworms.

Can humans get it? I have a 2 year old daughter .
Expert:  Dr. Michael Salkin replied 1 year ago.

Yes, in fact roundworms are considered to be the most important zoonosis (a disease that both pets and people can share) between pets and people. Your two year old needs to be kept away from puppy poop and dirt that could contain roundworm eggs.

What happens if humans are infected?
Expert:  Dr. Michael Salkin replied 1 year ago.

A disease called visceral larval migrans. The roundworm larvae can migrate anywhere in the body. Please see here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Visceral_larva_migrans

Okay, if she's pooping in her cage and I clean it with gloves can I get it? And what types of worms do human and pets share?
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Still there?
Expert:  Dr. Michael Salkin replied 1 year ago.

Not if you don't contaminate your mouth with your gloves. Roundworms are the only significant worms that can be shared. People occasionally can contract a hookworm dermatitis and the extremely rare hydatid cyst disease caused by the tapeworm Echinococcus. The protozoan Giardia can be shared by dogs and people as well.

witch one does the white spots mean?
Expert:  Dr. Michael Salkin replied 1 year ago.

If the white spots are actually white segments of the flea tapeworm it means that she has tapeworms. White skin or hair spots aren't indicative of worms.

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
She poops a lot does that mean anything?
Expert:  Dr. Michael Salkin replied 1 year ago.

Not if the poops are normal and not diarrheic. Puppies poop frequently.

There not hard its soft.
Expert:  Dr. Michael Salkin replied 1 year ago.

That's a good reason to check for worms as you're doing.

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Can she die from that? Will they go away ?
Expert:  Dr. Michael Salkin replied 1 year ago.

That's very unlikely. Routine worming should be curative.
