110 mg of Valium? 22 5 mg tablets?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
1. 10 mg

Thank goodness. 10 mg will be well tolerated but you're likely to see drowsiness, ataxia ("drunken sailor"), and somnolence (sleepiness). How much does Susie weigh, please? I regret that my state board of veterinary examiners doesn't allow me to speak to customers by phone in this venue. Please stay in this conversation if you wish.

10 mg/6lbs = 1.67 mg/lb This is a high dose used to control seizures in dogs. It's safe for Susie but you're sure to see those symptoms I mentioned. There's no need to induce emesis or treat in any manner. She should remain sedated for up to 12 hours.
