Hello & welcome, I am Dr. B, a licensed veterinarian & I would like to help you with your wee one today.

Do you know which liver enzymes are elevated? How many times above normal they are?

Had he been drinking more or passing bright yellow urine?

Any history of eating odd plants or being on steroids?

Since you have not actually asked a question, did you mean to ask what the next step is since the enzymes didn't go down with an antibiotic?
