Customer Question

I have already paid and had trouble logging in. I have a rescue dog, a staffy which the vet thinks is about 7 years old. We don't know yet if she has been desexed. There was a little blood smeared on the floor where she was sitting the other day. Her teats at the rear are sagging low on one side and we are pretty sure this is new. She is not in pain that we can tell.

Hi Helen, I have a few questions for additional info.

1) How long have you had Evie?

2) Do you see any swelling or bloody discharge from her vulva?

3) Any persistent licking?

4) Any more than normal frequent urges to urinate?

5) Any pics to share of the blood and, ideally, a picture of her vulva from behind (tail pulled to the side or up high enough to where we can see what you're seeing?

This info will help me to give you the most concise answer.

there was a smear of pink blood on the floor where she had been sitting. Only had her 2 and half months. Also I have been charged twice for this. Can you help with that?

I can flag a moderator to take a look into the matter so you're only charged for this one question.

Do you happen to have a photo of the smear or, ideally, her vulva?

Customer: replied 11 months ago.
I would have to wait until daytime to get a good picture on my iPad. The smear is gone but it was a pink colour.

A clear picture would be best. That way you're getting the best advice. You can also take a white tissue or toilet paper and dab her vulva to see if that's definitely where the pink smear is coming from.

Checking in to see if a picture of Evie has been obtained yet.
