If you check her gums, are they pink or pale?
We use mineral oil to treat constipation. It is not much help for vomiting, and can cause diarrhea if you give too much.
It is a good sign she has an appetite. You can try giving her famotidine, (Pepcid AC) for vomiting. How much does she weigh? The dose is 10 mg per 20 to 40 pounds, twice daily.
Vomiting can be caused by dozens of things in dogs: mild things like eating something disagreeable to serious things like kidney failure, pancreatitis, etc. If she is eating, if her gums are pink, if she is staying hydrated that is a good sign. But if the famotidine does not help and she continues to vomit, I would have her checked out by your veterinarian.
