So worried. My OES 6.5 year old male is not eating, vomiting, and he has swollen testicles, one is hard. I do have an appointment this afternoon with Vet...doing some homework.

I'm sorry to hear about your dog. If one of the testicles is hard and swollen, I would worry about either a testicular torsion (twisting of the testicle) or a testicular mass that is becoming inflamed.
Either way, the treatment is going to be surgery to neuter him and biopsy the testicle that is abnormal. If this is testicular cancer or a torsion, surgery should be curative.
