Hi Jacustomer-l8vfmgbj~

Does Batman ever eat non-food items (like toys, socks, ect)?

Does he ever get bones, rawhides, or people food?

Is his belly hard to the touch, or soft?

Customer replied350 days and 20 hours ago.

Batman never eats non-food items, he does get an occassional rawhide, he does eat people food (chicken, rice, some fruits, vegetables) and his stomack feels a bit firm.

Thanks for answering my questions.

It sounds like he may be a little constipated. My favorite cure for this is a few tablespoons of plain canned pumpkin (NOT the pumpkin pie filling) with each meal for a day or so. Usually it only takes one feeding before things get moving in the right direction.

If the pumpkin doesn't work within 24 hours, or if Batman starts trying to vomit with no success, trying to defecate with no success, stops eating completely, has a painful abdomen or shows any other unusual symptomes, then you should have him seen by either his own vet, or by an emergency vet as these are signs of an intestinal obstruction.

I hope he's feeling better soon.
