what are the pros and cons to getting my chi spayed? we are not going to breed her.

There are few cons aside from the fact that she will not be able to have puppies.
she is less likely to get cancers that unspayed dogs get
okay i was just wondering, she will never be breed but i heard alot of horror stories if we didn't get her spayed like alot of urinary tract infections..
without organs there is less likely the chance to get ovarian cancers, cysts , infection of the uterus and yes she may develop less UTI's
