I have a chihuahua. Her tongue sticks out. Always has. It gets soars on the end. Now it has turned brown and looks horrible this is the worse it has ever been. It comes and goes. Her breath is horrible. I have taken her to the vet in the past for something similar and she said to put vasiline on on. It just seems worse.

I am sorry Jordan has this trouble.
I have a Chihuahua as well so I am familiar with their dental issues.
At this point your baby needs an oral antibiotic to heal the sores on her tongue.
If she has decaying teeth that are keeping her tongue from going back into her mouth they should be removed.
