My dog india is a little over a year and 2 months ago we noticed that her lymph in her back left leg was swolen and took her to vet. We live in mexico. Put her on antibiotics and prednisone..Couple weeks later lymph was swollen again and so was paw. They did aspiration of lymph and said she was fighting infection and had giardia. Put her on 4 quad antibiotics and panacur for giardia..Today she woke up with fever of 105.8 and took her in again. Did xray of paw and found nothing and now I am stumped we are thinking of having lymph removed and sent to pathology any suggestion we have been in the dark for 2 months . Lymph has gone down but still swollen and so is paw Sincerely XXXXX

Has she been checked for tick carried diseases? if not that might be something to look into as those can cause a variety of problems including swollen lymph nodes, fever and painful joints etc.
Swollen feet can also be caused by an immune system disorder called lupus. You can read about lupus here

If you are not really sure of her heredity then its possible she might have some shar pei in her which could mean she is dealing with familial fever

And you may want to read here about valley fever fungal infection

I'd say that going with the lymph node biopsy is a good choice to see what is going on.
Hope this helps you!
