Hi,

Because you are aware that your dog has food allergies to wheat and corn, it's possible she did get into either some (human) food containing these ingredients, and/or she has ingested a toxic substance or other non-food item, either inside or outside the house.

If the Pepcid didn't help, and she continues to vomit and have diarrhea, plus, refuses to eat or drink, she really needs to be evaluated by a vet, as soon as possible, so you can get a definite diagnosis and she can be treated for the problem found. She is most likely dehydrated, losing all that fluid through her vomiting and loose stools, so she may need fluids under the skin or IV, from the vet. You could try to give her some children's unflavored Pedialyte by dropper (if you're sure she's not diabetic), but if she can't keep anything down, this would not benefit her.

If your regular vet is closed at this time, bring her to the nearest ER vet center for treatment.

I hope she's feeling much better, very soon!
