In direct answer to your question : Black tarry faeces are a classic sign of bleeding into the intestinal tract. { Melaena }

This is a serious symptom and you should have your dog checked out as soon as practicable. In a young dog such as yours there is a good chance that this is nothing to worry too much about but have her checked anyway. Better safe than sorry.
