My dog has been pacing around the house for the past two hours. She started by pacing around the yard this evening. Since she has been inside she has paced back and forth between the garage and the house. She hasn't stopped for hours nor does she even want to consider laying down. She just got over a case of broncitis and finished the last of her antibiotic over a week ago. She is an older dog...I have had her 16 years.

Thank you for trusting Just Answer for information. I am sorry that your dog isn't doing well. I have some concerns about the behavior you are describing. It is possible that your dog is experiencing "canine senility", have neurologic issue or she may be painful. If at all possible, I would have her examined by a veterinarian.
