Puppy warts (The Canine Papilloma Virus) would infectious in three situations :

1. Evidence suggests that the virus is infectious for up to two weeks before the actual warts appear.

2. The virus is infectious while the actual warts are present.

3. While I can find nothing in the literature it would be a reasonable assumption that the virus would be infectious for up to a month after the warts have regressed completely.
