My Min Pin puppy has scabs and sores around her mouth and very swollen glands in her neck. I have an appointment for her tomorrow at her vet but should i take her in for an emergency visit. She also feels very hot in her armpits much more than usual.

This might be a an immune system problem called juvenile cellulites or puppy strangles. If she seems lethargic, won't eat or drink, and appears really ill then I'd see the vet today if you can. Hope this helps you!
