Customer Question

My dog is excessively thirsty & this a.m. woke up bloated. Cannot find anything that he may have eaten. He is acting normal but seems uncomfortable.

I'm sorry to hear that your little guy is having this issue. Excessive thirst and bloat can occur for several reasons. Some of the main concerns are: bowel obstruction/gastric tortion, ingestion of something he shouldn't have, infection, or endocrine disorder (Cushings etc). I would suggest having him to the vet today to be seen. In cases such as infection or GI issue treatment should be sought sooner then later. Fortunatly, the outcome is usually good when these problems are caught in a timely manner. I hope he's feeling better soon. -Robyn
