Is it safe to pull out my dogs tooth

So here''s the problem; my dogs tooth is turned sideways right in front of his left k-9 tooth and it really loose and it safe to pull it out?

If you can get a hold of the tooth then it is fine if you pull it out. Sometimes these teeth are difficult to get a hold of because they are so small. This is an incisor which only has one root and should could out fairly easily.
