MY dog seems to be paralyzed

What breed of dog is this?

How old?

are all four legs having problems or just the back?

Reply to Sally Grott's Post: her two legs are straight forward and she is not trying to move her back legs she is a mutt of lab and other mix and she is about 12 years old
she is trying to bite us and she cant stand, i try to pick her up and she falls over

Thank you for that information. There may be a disc problem going on and that can be very painful. There could be an infection in a disc or the disc could have ruptured into to spinal canal. This will require immediate help. You will have to make a muzzle for the dog so you are not hurt. Place the dog on a flat board and bring him to an Emergency vet.
