Hi,

While this is not recommended, as 'inbreeding' may result in a difficult pregnancy, delivery, birth defects/genetic defects in the litter and/or additional health problems throughout the dogs' lives, if it's a done deed, the only thing you can do is let her have the litter or have her pregnancy terminated through a spay surgery. Depending upon how far along she is, the decision is up to you, and you can get your vet's assessment of the situation and of your mom-dog's health at this time, also.

I hope all will be well!

Cher
