Hi nicholas,

Dogs do get leaky salivary glands which are non painful fluid filled masses located at the site of a salivary gland. Treatment may be lancing or draining the fluid or sugical drainage along with antibiotics if there is an infection present.

I am going to direct you to a site that will go further in depth to better assist you.
