my 1yr old dog keeps snorting like a pig would do and is sneezing can u give some kind of idea why she is doing this she has been doing this for 4 days now

If the episodes last for about two to three minutes and it sounds like the dog is sucking in air quickly through the nose, and sometimes bracing the body, then you may be looking at reverse sneezing. This is common in dogs and not harmful. You can try rubbing the neck or briefly pinching the nostrils to stop the episodes.
