my dogs cant hold her bladder and her urine

my dog can't hold her bladder and her urine smells strongly of fish. She is a 5 year old, spade, puggle

The may have an urinary tract infection or bladder stones. Bladder stones would have her urinating more frequently as would an infection. Also poodles are prone to getting stones . The fish smell could be a separate issue with the anal glands, or a vaginal infection. I would suggest that she be seen as she may need antibiotics, and she may need her anal glands expressed. If there are stones present then a change in diet or surgery may be required.
