No those viruses are specific to humans and our closest animal relatives. Dogs do not get them or carry them.
They do have a hepatitis virus they get but its ones only dogs and their relatives get.
Viruses tend to be pretty specific in their target species. An unusual one is rabies which is contagious across different types of mammals.
But the Hep C and the aids are not an issue.
