can i give my dog a bath after she had puppies

My dog had puppies last night and i want to bath her today cause shes really gross

It is not a good idea to wash her after she has pups. The pups need her close by to keep them warm and you do not want them nursing any of the chemicals in shampoos off her skin.
If she has dirty 'pantaloons' you can trim them short (they will grow back) or you can take a damp towel with plain water to help wash her up.
She'll need fresh clean bedding kept under her and the pups and will have a discharge for a couple of weeks after having pups.
