As a treat, yes, dogs can have tuna juice. However, it is not recommended to do this frequently as there is a lot of sodium per volume in canned tuna fish and dogs should not be fed excessive amounts of salt (this can lead to health problems down the road). Also know that some dogs do not tolerate tuna and may result in GI upset. If you wish to give it to your dog as an occasional treat, give a small amount the first occasion and see how she/he does. Fresh fish if tolerated, is actually a great protein for dogs but preservative filled canned fish should not be included as a regular part of their diets.
