I just found out today my yorkie has a spine problem (disk) ...

I just found out today my yorkie has a spine problem (disk) both hips have dispalsia and both knees pop out of joints on their scale 4 is the worst hers is a 4. They recommend prednisone to start and said we should fix all 3 problems if any and it would cost thousands. What would you recommend?

If your dog has no other health issue that would pose a problem during surgery, then I would go ahead and have the problems fixed so your dog can live a good life. Bloodwork should definitely be done prior to surgery to be sure her heart, liver and kidneys are working well before anesthesia.
