what does it mean when your dogs gums are slightly purple

my dog has been acting kind of funny the last couple of days so I decided to take a look at his gums, they are a little bit purple around the teeth... I just want to make sure hes ok

A blue or purple tint to the gums may indicate the dog is not getting enough oxygen. This can be due to an infection such as pneumonia or a problem with how well the heart is pumping blood.
You might want to have your vet check him over tomorrow to see if he has a health issue that needs treatment.
Hope this helps you!
