The dark meat of these fowl are safe for dogs.

However it is important that there be NO skin included.Dogs love to eat the turkey skin but it can have serious consequences in some dogs . Gastric distress,pancreatitis ,a serious inflammatory condition of the pancreas that causes vomiting and diarrhea can occur.
