HiCustomer

It may be that your dog has a vaginal infection called vaginitis. Symptoms are a vaginal discharge, increased thirst and urination and is sometimes seen with a urinary tract infection.

You can read about vaginitis here.
http://www.peteducation.com/article.cfm?cls=2&cat=1629&articleid=929

Common symptoms of a urinary tract infection are frequent urination, dribbling urine, blood in the urine, squatting frequently to urinate,, strong odor to the urine, inappropriate urination and straining to urinate as well as an increase in fluid intake. A dog with a UTI does not always show all the symptoms and typically displays 2 or 3.

I do urge you to have your dog seen by a vet. I believe you are either seeing a discharge from the vulva or dribbling of urine.

I hope you find this information helpful.
