Expired Metcam

I have some Metacam that expired last year. Can I still give it to my dog? We ran out today and I can;t get ot the vet till tomoorw. Thanks!

An opened bottle of metacam has a shelf life of only six months. I would discard the medication you have that is a year old.
I understand that this means your dog may be in discomfort overnight but you don't want to risk any damage to him from expired medication.
