why is my dogs head shaking up and down as if she is

Customer Question

why is my dog's head shaking up and down as if she is having a seizure? We can easily get her out of this "seizure" but it is happening frequently this evening and hasn't done it before. Help!

If the dog is having a seizure, then these can be solitary or they can come in clusters. You should check with your vet to see if they are true seizures and if they are, you can start phenobarbital to control the seizures.
