My lab is pregnant and her due date was yesterday. How long should I wait to take her to the Vet?

Gestation is typically 63 days but it can go as long as 65. I would go ahead and take her temperature. If the temp has dropped below 99 degrees, you can expect puppies within 24 hours.

If you don't see this temp drop or some progress by tonight, you should start to worry a little.
