Is this an older dog? It is most likely a kidney problem. The dog is probably not concentrating it's urine normally. It could be diabetic, it could be in kidney failure, a lot of different things. You need to take it to the vet and they will most likely start with a urinalysis. The most probable cause is kidney disease. Here is a good link to confirm my answer,,jh5w,00.html
