If the mucus is green or yellow, she has an infection and you need to see the vet for antibiotics. It probably will not resolve on its own.
Until you can see the vet, you can use a damp cloth to clean the nose and you can use pediatric nasal saline drops to help clear the mucus from the nose.
You also might want to run a humidifier in the room where she is.
