IS there whimpering or foot movement?

Reply to Dr. Vamvakias's Post: There is foot movement.

Thank you.

If your dog is normal while awake...and showing no other issues except mild tremors while sleeping and some foot movements then the most likely cause is a phase of sleep. During sleep cycles, like us, there is shaking, whimpering, feet movement, and jerking motions...all normal.

If the dog wakes from sleep and is disoriented or weak...then a vet exam is needed.
