If you would like another response...I would like some additional information.
How bad is the paralysis? Can the limbs move but not bear weight? Do you see any cranial nerve problems...right side of the face drooping, tongue hanging, etc.
Is there any reluctance to move his neck?
If what your are seeing is knuckling of the front and back right side legs...much like the dog doesn't quite know where his feet are...then he most likely has Upper Motor Neuron issues. What the signs are deemed as is Hemiparesis...meaning your are seeing it on one side.
You will need to seek out a vet. The two locations for a lesion (injury, mass, inflammation) is in the cervical vertebra (C1-C5) or the brain stem.
If it is in the neck region, the lesion is only affecting the neural pathways on the right side.
The vet may give your dog an anti-inflammatory medication and see if there is a response...and you may end up getting referred to a veterinary neurologist.
