There is a good chance that you may be battling PARVO or just a heavy dose of worms...but PARVO is quickly life threatening.
Has he had any vaccines at all???
Well, I am guessing parvo which is hard to treat at home. The best chance the puppy has is to find an emergency clinic to take the puppy to.
The best chance is IV fluids and antibiotics.
You can try using EMETROL which is a pediatric nausea medicine (over the counter); Immodium (1 tsp every 8 hours) and pedialyte...but the prognosis isn't good if it is parvo.
You also would need to clorox all areas and blankets the dog has been on so you can control the virus.
You are welcome...and good luck!
