Mojo's stomach is probably still upset from his trash escapade - even after vomiting so much of it up. The lethargy and isolation can be common behaviors after this type of incident. It's important that he continues to take in as much water as possible to prevent dehyrdation, so I'm glad to hear he is still drinking.
What you need to do is feed him a bland, but palatable diet the next 2-3 days. Withhold his regular food/treats during this time. The diet will consist of boiled rice and boiled chicken (or boiled hamburger. Feed this mixture in small frequent meals throughout each day. If he should vomit after eating, wait an hour, reduce the amount, and try again. In addition, you can feed him cottage cheese or PLAIN yogurt on the side or as a treat. These products are also good to balance out his tummy and intestinal tract.
There is a concern he may have eaten something that he could not pass - like bones that were small and may have splintered causing damage internally. If he should continue to vomit; will not eat the above diet; is not able to defecate within 24 hours after eating; and/or appears to be in pain/discomfort with labored breathing, excessive panting - an emergency vet visit would be needed.
I hope Mojo responds to his home care and is back to himself in a very short time!
