The aspirin can cause GI ulcerations, the not eating can be due to the nausea and pain that happens when she trys to eat. When you are going to eat, the stomach releases acids...if there is ulcerations they burn from the acid and the stomach cramps...so your dog doesn't want to eat.
The other thing that is not normal is the increase of water consumption...because that can be from kidney disease and other more serious problems.
Start with giving your dog Pepcid AC twice a day. For the food use just rice and chicken or rice and hamburger for the next couple days...dog food takes alot to digest.
Even if the dog does better, I would recommend a trip to the vet to address the drinking issue.
