No, I am not concerned about being pregnant. I am very concerned about Pyometra. When the cervix becomes soft when they are in heat, bacteria can enter the uterus. The bacteria then grows and the uterus fills with pus...it is usually about 30-45 days after the last heat cycle...and it is life threatening.
I strongly urge you to call your vet now, see if there is anyway to have her seen. Many times we have to start them on IVs and antibiotics...but surgery is the course of treatment if the dog is stable.
