Is the quality of milk the same in all of a mother cat's nipples? One of the kittens in a litter of 4 likes to nurse on the nipple farthest down on its mothers belly and isn't gaining weight the way it should, so I'm wondering if the milk down there isn't as nutritious as that at the rest of the nipples.

I have an 9 year old female cat. In the last week or so she started sticking out the tip of her tongue. This is something she did very rarely as a kitten. Also she is highly skiddish in the past week. Her diet has not really changed

The litter is scooped daily, I haven't changed brands (although I suspect Tidy Cat has changed their formula), the litter is deep enough and I have 4 boxes. What could be causing this
