Hello, again.

My apologies, but we are not legally allowed to give dosage information on a prescription medication that was not prescribed by a vet for your cat. However, the following site provides helpful information on dosage and precautions:

http://www.petplace.com/article/drug-library/library/prescription/clonazepam-klonopin

----------

Please note, from the above site:

"The dose range for clonazepam has been reported as 0.05 to 0.25 mg per pound (0.1 to 0.5 mg/kg) orally every 8 hours. Your veterinarian will adjust the dosage depending on its effect on your pet, such as signs of excessive sedation, excitement or poor coordination."

If your cat weighs 8-9 lbs, I would go with the lower dosage recommendation of .05, multiply by 8 and get .4 mg.

I hope all will be well with your furry boy!
