I'm an office manager at a vet clinic and can't get ahold of our vet my cat is hurt can I give her a shot of flunixin

There's little efficacy/safety evidence to support use of flunixin in cats but some suggest that 0.25 mg/lb IV once can be used. I believe that aspirin dosed at 10 mg/lb once is a safer choice for musculoskeletal pain. It's not much of a visceral analgesic, however. Where is Rocket hurting, please?
