Hello,

I am sorry to hear you are worried about your cats having fleas. My name is Rebecca. I am a veterinarian and will do my best to help.

It would be safe to use Frontline, yes. It may not work as well or as long in this breed because it works by getting into the hair follicles, and killing fleas for up to a month. It is not absorbed into the body or blood stream. Even though these cats are hairless, they do have hair follicles, but they are not shaped the same and do not work the same as in other haired cat breeds, so it may be less effective.

You might consider using Advantage or Revolution; they may work better in this particular breed.

Let me know if I can help with or answer anything else. Rebecca
