discharge right nostril occasionally, growth for over a year very slow on nose toward eye...vet here put needle in and hit air...did xray 6 weeks ago, no bone disintegration...does sneeze occasionally but air issues in here.. good appetite but looked up nasosinal cancer...trying to discern if breathing is a problem...they want to put him under...little scared so would that cancer grow that slow and is there another possibility please.

Are you saying the vet did a needle aspirate and the growth was benign?

Has it grown or changed in any way in the year it's there?
